System File Checker (SFC) Command: sfc /scannow Purpose: Scans and repairs corrupted or missing Windows system files immediately. How to Use: Open Command Prompt as an administrator. Type sfc /scannow and press Enter . Wait for the scan to complete. It will automatically fix any issues it finds. When to Use: If you encounter errors like crashing apps, missing DLLs, or unexplained slowdowns. Command:   sfc /scanonce Purpose:  Scans and repairs corrupted or missing Windows system files at the next boot. May offer a cleaner scan compared to /scannow. 2.
